Keith Trembley Builder Inc. is a multifaceted building contractor providing quality service and the highest level of craftsmanship to its customers.

After incorporating in 1991, the firm has grown significantly, now counting more than 30 employees with additional staff during the busy construction season. KTB is able to retain its talented staff by offering continuous training and education to its employees, disproving a local myth that carpenters will leave a business after they reach a certain level of skill. KTB's turnover is low and the majority of the current project managers came "up through the ranks." KTB's policy of promoting from within allows for a management team that has a thorough understanding of quality workmanship, time management and continuity on site, as well as timely problem solving and communication skills. Further training in technology gives employees the tools necessary for speed, accuracy and data access and storage.
