Unique among most construction firms is KTB's Warranty Division. Offering a unprecedented 5-year warranty, KTB's warranty fund was established in order to meet unexpected demands on cash reserves. More than $30,000 annually is set aside—just in case. In recent years, only $7,000 was expended for warranty work, a true testament to a stable workforce and experience in limiting errors in judgement, time and materials.
